Notification Of Abstract Rules

Rules to be considered when preparing abstracts

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words; may be in Word (.docx, .doc) format and include the following information:

  • author(s) name
  • affiliated university, faculty/institute and department
  • e-mail address
  • title of abstract
  • body of abstract (up to 300 words)
  • keywords (up to 5)

Text of the abstract; must be written as  Introduction, The Aim of Study or Presentation, Methods, Results and
Conclusion/Discussion and Key Words with in the order specified. Purpose and methods of the study must be specified as briefly, the findings must be summarized with enough numeric details and the results must be justified through the with the findings.

Oral  Presentations Rules:

Oral presentations and poster presentations will be announced by regulatory authority by e-mail.
Oral presentations should include total 15 minutes as presentation and 3 minutes discussion.
Owner of the presentations must be careful about the time.
Participants must submit their presentations 20 days before (Up to 22 February 2017) the presentation time
by e-mail to [email protected]

The presentation files must be in powerpoint (.ppt or .pptx extension).
Personal computers will not be allowed.
On the presentation day, before the start of the session, a copy of the presentation file must be delivered to the session chair on memory stick or CD–ROM and must be downloaded to the session laptop.
